Article9, LLC ("Article9") provides this website and the Article9 application, a grievance-management service for federal-sector labor organizations. Use of the application by a subscribing organization is governed by its subscription agreement; these terms govern use of this website.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, and not to submit forms with false identity information or automated tools.
3. No legal advice
Content on this site describes software. It is not legal advice, and it does not interpret any collective bargaining agreement.
4. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Article9 disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability arising from use of the site to the amount you paid to use it, which is zero.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
6. Changes
Article9 may update these terms; the current version is always at this address with its effective date.
